How do I send my wedding details?+
After purchasing, send your order number, wording, event details, and preferences through Etsy Messages. Photos and reference files can be attached there too.
How quickly will I receive a preview?+
Your first preview is normally ready within 1–3 business days after all required content has been received. Bespoke requests may take longer.
Can I request changes?+
Yes. Minor revisions cover wording, photos, dates, links, and supplied details. Package-specific revision rounds are listed above; a new layout or design direction may require a custom order.
How long will my website stay online?+
Essential and Signature websites include 6 months of hosting; Bespoke includes 12 months. The period begins on the website publication date unless your Etsy listing states otherwise.
Can guests RSVP without an account?+
Yes. Guests open your link in any modern browser and reply directly. You can view, moderate, and export responses.
Is this an editable template or source-code download?+
No. Sakinahly builds and manages the website for you. Guests receive the live experience, while the software, templates, and source code remain Sakinahly property.
What is the cancellation or refund policy?+
Because this is a personalized digital product, please review the cancellation and refund policy on your Etsy listing and contact us through your order. Applicable consumer rights still apply.
