Your purchase is one personalized, hosted invitation website. Design capabilities, hosting period, revision allowance, price and delivery timing are confirmed in your Etsy listing and order conversation.

Production starts after complete content arrives. Review the private preview and send approval or a consolidated revision list through Etsy. Share the final invitation link with guests after publication; keep your dashboard and preview links private.

The source code and platform are not transferred. Please supply content you have permission to use. Extra design work and hosting extensions are agreed before work starts.

For cancellation, refunds or an order issue, consult the policy on your Etsy listing and contact the shop through your order. Nothing on this page overrides applicable consumer rights.
